Shipping & Returns

We hope you just love your precious Veluna pieces as much as we do! If upon receiving your order you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately within 7 days at hello@veluna.com.au  and we will happily assist your inquiry.

 

Shipping

Australia

All our orders are shipped via Australia Post and within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Free Shipping over $100 is for standard delivery only and applies to the order total after discounts and promotions have been applied. Your Free Shipping discount will automatically apply at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction.

Important: If you are not at the address supplied when Australia Post attempts delivery it is your responsibility to organise the pickup or redelivery of your order within 7 days. For information on your delivery always check the tracking information provided

Once the item is shipped, delivery times vary between 1-2 business days within Metropolitan Areas - East Coast Only. Deliveries to WA, NT, & SA may take between 3-5 workings days. All other regions, between 3-8 business days.

To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. Best to use a work address so you get it quickly.

International

International orders are delivered by Australian Registered Post International delivering within 7 – 14 working days. The package will be registered with an identification number but this service does not provide tracking. Shipping Fees are dependent upon the weight and destination of the order. International shipping fees do not include any international customs, duties or taxes, although the destination country may charge such customs, duties or taxes for your order.  Veluna is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.

 Send us an email at hello@veluna.com.au if you would prefer another postage option and we will do our best to accommodate you. We choose Registered Post as the most secure way to deliver your order.

Care

Each Veluna piece is handmade with the highest quality construction. After that, it is up to you to treat your precious piece properly to ensure that your piece remains in good condition. DO NOT expose your piece to water or other liquids -- don't wear your piece in the shower, bath, or while exercising or perspiring. To clean your Veluna piece, polish with a soft, dry cloth. DO NOT use water-based or other wet cleaning solutions. All jewellery should be treated with the utmost care -- do not throw or drop your piece on hard surfaces.

Repairs

Repairs can be made for jewellery purchased through Veluna for up to a year after purchase. Please email hello@veluna.com.au Repairs that are necessary at no fault of the customer are free. Fees may apply for all other repairs.

Returns

We kindly ask that you please choose your items carefully as we only accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not applicable on SALE items.

Items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. Damage occurring en route is highly unlikely however should this occur please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all of the original packing material and we’ll provide you with instructions, please contact us immediately at velunagems@gmail.com

**Returns shipped without a return authorization code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable.

***Only unworn and undamaged pieces may be returned.  We reserve the right to refuse a return and items must be returned in the condition received. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
